Reiki is a safe and simple method of energy healing.  During your Reiki session, you are fully clothed (unless having Reiki after a massage) while the energy is channelled via the Reiki Master Practitioner to wherever it is most needed, usually through her hands. Amongst the benefits achieved is the balancing of the chakras (energy centres of the body), feeling more balanced, relaxed and refreshed.  Sometimes, there is a small reaction as energy is released, soon followed by a more peaceful feeling.

Reiki can be experienced hands on (on you) or hands off (in your aura just over your body).  It may be felt as hot or cold, a cool breeze, a tingly sensation, a vibration, a wave-like sensation, a colour or shape, a sound, or just a general relaxed feeling.

Reiki is an intelligent energy that goes where most needed. There are no contra-indications to receiving Reiki.

After two weeks before the commencement of a course of treatments or a workshop, any pre-paid amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
